NON-EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

1. Welcoming Ceremony
The welcoming ceremony for the foreign students as an official participant in the 13th ITMSS 2017. This event focuses on providing information about the ITMSS activity interspersed with other events as an introduction to the culture of Indonesia.
2. Cultural Session
Cultural Session is an extra activity that consists of three classes. This extra activity will divide participants into several classes which is, dance class, music class, or martial art class that originated from several regions in Indonesia. The results of the study in the Cultural Session will be displayed during the Farewell Ceremony. In addition, all participants will also get the chance to take an Indonesian food cooking class.
3. International Night
ITMSS facilitate cultural exchange of each country the participants through the introduction of special food and a brief presentation of their respective countries. The event was held in the evening is designed to become an event that is warm and is expected to strengthen the relationship between the participants and between the participants and organizers.
4. Farewell Ceremony
Farewell Ceremony is the closing ceremony for the participants of 13th ITMSS 2017. The final activity after participants has done both educational and non-educational activities.
5. Social Programs
a. Tourism
Tourism is a part of the social program, which we will travel to recreation places in Yogyakarta. For example to the Malioboro Street, The Sultan Palace, Alun-Alun Kidul, Jeep Merapi in Merapi Mountain, Ulen Sentalu Museum, Prambanan Temple, Borobudur Temple, Ramayana Ballet Performance, Batik Laweyan, and many other places.
b. Rafting
Rafting is one of our adventurous activities in the water by using a rubber boat so the participants can enjoy the natural beauty of the area around Yogyakarta while their adrenaline is being pumped!
c. Beach Camp
Beach Camp is our overnight activity in the beach to release the stress during the ITMSS and also to introduce the beaches in Yogyakarta and to strengthen the bond between the organizers and the participants.
d. Cooking Time
Cooking Time is one of our extra activities for the participants to learn how to cook Indonesian delicious dishes and they could eat the dishes they made.
